Director
With over 30 years in the stone industry, Santosh Singhvi is the steady hand behind operations โ from quarries to labor to plant floor execution. As a Director at both Madhavi Stones and Rama Nature Works, he brings deep, on-ground expertise and the kind of intuition you only build from years of doing. He doesnโt speak much โ but when he does, it usually solves three problems at once.

Co-founder
Innovator. Risk-taker. Decision-engine
Ankur Singhviโs story started long before Rama Nature Works โ back when he was just 15 and decided textbooks werenโt for him. Instead, he hit the mines, tagging along with his father and learning everything on-ground. By 18, heโd sold his first quarry order. By 22, he was scaling operations. And by 2004, he laid the foundation for his first plant.
Over the next two decades, he co-founded Madhavi Stones, built world-class infrastructure, and introduced India to marine black marble. With over 12,000 clients served across 10+ nations, Ankur doesnโt stop โ Rama Nature Works is his next chapter. Now, heโs applying two decades of supply chain mastery to the world of imported marble, blending old wisdom with new machines.
Heโs the one who spots risks and takes them anyway. If thereโs a new tech in China, chances are Ankurโs already booked a flight. And if youโre ever in doubt โ heโs probably solving the problem before you finish asking. Just donโt ask him to skip the food stop on the way.

Co-founder
Mentor. Maverick. Global
Vishalโs journey with marble didnโt start in a boardroom โ it started with a leap of faith. After graduating from GLS University and working at SBI, he left his job to chase a more hands-on, entrepreneurial life. His path took him to Oman and then Dubai, where he immersed himself in the world of marble exports. There, he learned not just the trade, but the art of global business.
Back in India, he founded Rama Exim โ a successful export agency โ before laying the foundation for Rama Nature Works. With over 15 years of experience and a deep international network, Vishal brings strategic direction, big-picture thinking, and a calming presence to the team.
Heโs also the marketer in the house โ the one whoโs taught us how to build trust, deepen client relationships, and maintain them like a pro. Heโs the guy whoโs seen it all and still believes the best is yet to come.

Co-founder
Sharp. Grounded. Relentless
Akshat comes from a jewelerโs family and brings that same attention to detail to marble. A business graduate from NMIMS, he is the engine behind our procurement and production โ always negotiating better, calculating faster, and optimizing smarter.
With over 5 years in the industry, he ensures that our clients get the best material, cut with precision and delivered with value. In fact, when we imported a new cutting machine from China, Akshat flew down, stayed a month, learned to operate it in Mandarin alongside our operator โ and even cooked his own dal baati while at it.
Youโll usually find him on the phone โ talking to a quarry in Turkey, coordinating a dispatch, or double-checking a costing. But when heโs not deep in spreadsheets or calls, heโs in his garden, tending to his plants. Nature, to him, isnโt just a product โ itโs a purpose.

Co-founder
Unconventional. Creative. Sustainable
Akshi Singhvi, a business graduate from Christ University, always knew she was meant to build something of her own. With a head for business and a heart for design, she spent five years training at a sister firm before founding Rama Nature Works โ her way of blending creativity, sustainability, and stone into something meaningful.
Sheโs the bridge between big ideas and real-world execution โ the one who gets an adrenaline rush when a client sends a wildly complex drawing. While most people scratch their heads, sheโs already figuring out how to make it happen. When machine operators are stuck, sheโs the go-to โ part designer, part problem-solver, part energy boost. If thereโs a way to turn paper into product, Akshi will find it โ and make sure it looks better than you imagined.

Advisor
OG. Risk-lover. Quickfire businessman.
Mahendra Singhvi started young โ 16 and already juggling studies, college, and helping with his fatherโs mining tools venture. He topped his university, earned his BCom and MCom, and built Singhvi Traders from the ground up.
But Mahendra doesnโt stop at one business. On a trip to Mehsana, he spotted a gap โ Rajasthan had no waterpark. So he built one. In 1997, Rajasthanโs first and largest waterpark was live in just a year. Classic Mahendra.ย
In 1989, he took a bet on a pink marble quarry. It thrivedโuntil 2004, when it was marked forest land. But giving up was never his style. He doubled down, rode his motorbike to the hills, spotted black marble, and laid the foundation for what would become Madhavi Stones.
From marble and mining to plywood, logistics, and warehousing โ some bets failed, most scaled, but Mahendra kept showing up stronger. He believes agility and trust build legacy โ and at Rama Nature Works, he's the man behind the curtain. The one who advises on finance, operations, and growth โ and reminds everyone: "All is well."
